- No Refund After 30 Minutes of Subscription Activation
Once a subscription has been activated, you are eligible for a full refund only within the first 30 minutes of purchase.
After this time period, no refunds will be processed, regardless of usage or circumstances. - Refund for Server Downtime
If all our servers are inaccessible for three (3) consecutive days, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee for the affected billing cycle.
Please note that occasional server maintenance or localized issues that do not affect all servers are not eligible for refunds. - No Refund for Violations of Terms
If a user is found to have violated our terms of service, including but not limited to the use of:
Net capture tools, Illegal apps, or Any activity deemed harmful to our app or network,
and their account is subsequently blocked, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period. - Requesting a Refund

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days after verification.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are strictly not allowed in the following situations:
Change of mind after 30 minutes of subscription activation.
Interruption due to individual user issues such as device incompatibility or network problems not related to our service.
Violation of our terms and conditions leading to account suspension or blocking.
We reserve the right to review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with this policy.
