AppPulse Tech

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 26, 2026 · Last updated: September 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how AppPulse Tech (“AppPulse”, “we”, “us” or “our”) accesses, collects, uses, shares, retains and deletes information when you use the mobile applications we publish on Google Play and other app stores (each an “App” and together the “Apps”).

By installing or using our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use our Apps.

Key points: most of our Apps work without an account; information you enter is normally stored only on your device; our Apps use trusted third-party services (mainly Google) for advertising, analytics and crash reporting; we do not sell your personal data; and all data sent over the internet is encrypted in transit. The Google Play Data safety section of each App lists exactly what that App collects and shares.

1. Who we are

AppPulse Tech is an independent mobile app developer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and publishes Apps on Google Play under the developer name AppPulse Tech. AppPulse Tech is the entity responsible for the data processing described in this Privacy Policy. You can reach us using the details in section 20.

2. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to every App listed in section 21 and to any other App published by AppPulse Tech that links to this page. If an App provides its own App-specific privacy policy, that policy applies to that App and takes priority where it differs from this one. This policy does not cover third-party websites or services that our Apps link to.

3. Data we collect

The table below uses the data categories defined by Google Play. Not every App collects every type of data; each App collects only what it needs for its features. The Data safety section of each App’s Google Play listing shows the exact data for that App.

Data categoryData typesWhen it is collected

App info and performanceCrash logs, diagnostics, performance dataAutomatically, when an error or crash occurs

Personal infoName, email address and other details you choose to enterOnly when you enter it. Stored on your device unless the App clearly states otherwise; received by us only if you contact us or sign in to an App that offers accounts.
Photos and videos; Files and docsPhotos or files you selectOnly when you choose one for a feature. Stored on your device only.
Financial infoPurchase history (product, status, purchase token)Only in Apps that offer in-app purchases. Card details are handled by Google Play and never shared with us.

Our servers also receive standard technical information when an App downloads content from them, such as IP address, request time, requested address and App user-agent. We use this only to deliver content, keep our services secure and troubleshoot problems.

Our Apps do not access your contacts, call logs, SMS messages or microphone, unless a specific App feature requires it, the App asks for your permission first and the use is disclosed in that App.

4. Data that stays on your device

Many of our Apps let you enter information such as profiles, preferences, saved items, notes, documents or CVs. Unless an App clearly states otherwise:

Data that is processed only on your device and never sent off it is not considered “collected” under Google Play’s definitions.

5. How we use data

We use data only for the following purposes:

We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

6. How we share data

We share data only as described below.

When you choose to share content from an App (for example, sharing a link or exporting a document), it is sent to the app or person you select; this is initiated by you.

7. Third-party services

Our Apps may use the services below. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

8. App permissions

Our Apps request only the permissions needed for their features, and where the operating system requires it, they ask you at the time the feature is used. Common permissions include:

You can review or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work without the related permission.

9. Advertising

Some of our Apps display ads served by Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, app-open and optional rewarded ads. AdMob may use your advertising ID, IP address and device information to deliver, limit and measure ads, and ads may be personalized depending on your settings. Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), we request your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice within the App.

You can control advertising at any time:

Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads; you will see ads that are not based on your interests.

10. In-app purchases

If an App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by Google Play under the Google Payments Privacy Notice. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. We receive only the information needed to confirm and deliver your purchase, such as the product, purchase status and purchase token.

11. Security practices

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We recommend protecting your device with a screen lock.

12. Data retention

13. Data deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

Deletion requests can be sent to the email address in section 20 with the subject line “Data deletion request”.

14. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

California residents: you have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 20. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your request. Because most App data is stored only on your device, you can manage much of it directly in the App.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process personal data on the following legal bases:

16. Children’s privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), unless an App’s store listing clearly states that it is designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Any App designed for children complies with Google Play’s Families Policy, uses only Families Self-Certified ad SDKs and does not show personalized ads to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through one of our Apps, please contact us and we will delete it.

17. International data transfers

AppPulse Tech is based in Bangladesh. Our service providers, including Google and our hosting providers, may process data in other countries, including countries whose data protection laws differ from those in your country. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as described in those providers’ privacy policies.

Our Apps may contain links to third-party websites or display third-party content, including ads. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing them with any information.

19. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will also notify you within the affected Apps before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our Apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.
